When it comes to styling options for your rear light clusters you can do one of 2 things, get some new custom rear lights and fit them or you can tint your exisiting clusters. Using a very thin coat of glass tint in the same colour as the rest of your car you can cover the rear light cluster and still allow the light to be transmitted through the paint. Various coloured films are also available. Alternatively if your lights are inline, that is in a row rather than in 2 rows you can just leave a narrow slit to allow the lights to shine through. Other options would use thinner slits at regular distances to give the effect of a tinted rear light cluster from a distance. You have to check the legality of this in your country. Generally speaking there are regulations that apply to the colour of light emitted and the amounts of light. So your tinting will not be legal if it contravenes these regulations.
